Holiday Order Deadlines

To ensure timely delivery for the holiday season, all holiday card orders must be placed by December 1st. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays.

Proofs & Production Timeline

After your order is placed, a digital proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days for review and approval.
Please check your email promptly, as orders will not move into production until your proof is approved.

Once we receive your approval, your order will ship within 5 business days.

Shipping Information

We ship via UPS, and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order and often personalized. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at grace@handsofgracedesign.com. We will do our best to make it right. Please keep all packaging and include clear photos of any issues when reaching out.
